Quality Assurance
CELP’s Quality Assurance (“QA”) program consists of the
following components.
- Umbrella QA Manual that sets out corporate,
management, employee and subcontractor roles and
responsibilities for ensuring that appropriate
resources, systems and processes are in place to ensure
quality standards are documented, understood and
followed and that records exist to prove the foregoing.

- Engineering practices and procedures to ensure the
basis and specifications for design are adequately
documented and that the design, data and drawings are
appropriately reviewed and checked to verify conformance
with project objectives, design basis and
specifications.

- Documents, programs and procedures setting out
procurement, fabrication, storage, transportation and
installation requirements and practices to ensure
material and equipment are supplied and installed in
accordance with specifications.

- Inspection policies and programs to verify and
document the foregoing.

- Documentation procedure to ensure project documents,
data, drawings and records are appropriately prepared,
reviewed, approved, distributed and retained.
