Client-Consultant Relationships   Key to success in its endeavor to become a supplier of choice is CEL Projects’ open, forthright approach to Clients. We believe that clear, concise and timely communication is fundamental to a healthy, sustainable client-consultant relationship. We are committed to serving the needs of our Clients. CEL Projects will pursue typical and atypical client-engineering consultant relationships including: Linking of engineering fees to project capital cost; Reimbursable contracts with incentive and penalty provisions; Provision of engineering services for a lump sum; and Subcontracts and agreements with other preferred suppliers to enable provision of a full suite of services.
