Cost/Schedule Control
 Employment
of a proven, widely-used, commercially-available accounting
package in conjunction with commercially-available database
and time tracking software enables CEL Projects to readily
call up accurate, meaningful project reports. Flexibility
within the accounting package and interconnections between
the database and other software enables CEL Projects to
build the following features into these reports.
- Accurate cost and schedule forecasts incorporating
management of change (“MOC”) data including approved,
pending and anticipated changes
- Client-supplied and/or other cost account codes
- Cost estimate and report layouts that are our
standard, client-preferred or work breakdown structure
(“WBS”) driven
- Responsive reporting of engineering, subcontractor,
material and packaged equipment and fabrication progress
and costs
- Capability to link directly with construction
management and inspection systems to provide current and
accurate installation costs
