CEL Projects uses MS Project™ to prepare and maintain charts for planning and monitoring project schedules. This is a widely-used, straight forward, cost effective scheduling tool. It has all features necessary for sophisticated analysis (e.g. resource loading and task and activity linkage to identify the critical path) for longer term, complex projects; yet is adequately simple for use on short term, less complex projects. Routine schedule reports setting out progress and highlighting areas requiring attention are readily generated.
